Raviolli Foodies and Home Bunnies!
Introducing Raviolli.
A stuffed form of pasta. Stuff two pasta rounds of your own, butter with egg round the edges and boil till cooked through.
Make two or three per person.
Stuffings: creamed spinach, mushrooms, cheese ricotta, pecorino cheese, mincemeat - all into a mix - then teaspooned between the rounds.
